Your Right To Withdrawal

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please privately reach out to info@queenbeast.shop in order for us to evaluate the status of your order, and eligibility for a refund.

To help us evaluate your case quicker, please include the following information in your e-mail:

  • Number of order.
  • E-mail address used to complete purchase.
  • A list of what you are sending back and why.


After the Approval of Your Refund

If your request is approved, we will accept a return of the unused product within 14 days after your purchase – if 14 days have passed since doing so, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Once we receive the returned item, we will then give you a refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

We will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in a return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the purchase, or proof of received return delivery.


Eligibility for Refunds

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to a restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the refund will not be processed, and the item will not be sent back. All goods will be inspected on return.


Exempt Goods: The following are exempt from refunds

On sale items.

Gift cards.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to us.

Any item that is returned over 14 days after the delivery.


In Case Your Refund Is Approved

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
