Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (new releases, limited drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times These are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at info@queenbeast.shop. We will do our best to locate your package or find a resolution.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@queenbeast.shop and we will try to correct it before shipment.
